Casetta is available for rent 7 days a week between the hours of 7am-11pm, with a minimum of 3 hours for standard rentals. The conference room has a 2 hour minimum (available starting February 2023). Rental time frame includes set up and tear down time. If additional time is needed for set up/tear down, please extend your rental time-frame accordingly.
Casetta accommodates up to 65 people standing or 50 people seated. The conference room fits up to 12 seated around our conference table.
For your flexibility, you are welcome to cater with any catering company, or you may bring in your own food. We have a list of preferred vendors if you would like recommendations. You may serve beer and wine to guests 21+ so long as it is not sold on the premises. For distilled spirits or to sell alcohol, a licensed caterer/bartender must serve it on-site in accordance with the South Dakota state law.
Eight (8) 6’x30” rectangular tables, three (3) standing cocktail tables, and fifty (50) black padded folding chairs are included. Linens, backdrops, or a 70" streaming monitor may be rented separately as add-ons.
