rental time frame & minimums

Casetta is available for rent 7 days a week between the hours of 7am-11pm, with a minimum of 3 hours for standard rentals. Set up and tear down must be accounted for in your booked time frame.

space capacity

Casetta accommodates up to 65 people standing or 50 people seated. The conference room fits up to 12 seated around our conference table. It may also be added onto standard rentals for additional space or catering area.

no requirements for food or catering

For your flexibility, you are welcome to cater with any catering company, or you may  bring in your own food. We have a list of preferred vendors  if you would like recommendations.

liquor policy (beer & wine permitted)

You may serve beer and wine to guests 21+ so long as it is not sold on the premises. For distilled spirits or to sell alcohol, a licensed caterer/bartender must serve it on site in accordance with the South Dakota state law.

inclusions + aDD-ONS

Eight (8) 6’x30” rectangular tables, three (3) standing cocktail tables, and fifty (50) black padded folding chairs are included. Linens, backdrops, or a 70" streaming monitor may be rented separately as add-ons.
