Due to demand for our busiest time of the year, our pricing structure and minimums are as follows for May:
Fridays in May: $125/hr + 4 hr minimum + $100 cleaning fee
Saturdays in May $150/hr + 4 hr time slots + $100 cleaning fee
Time slots: 8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm, 6pm-10pm
Sundays in May: $125/hr + 4 hr time slots + $100 cleaning fee
Time slots: 8am-12pm, 1pm-5pm, 6pm-10pm

an important note to properly read the calendars
View our calendars linked below. Booked time-frames are listed as ‘busy’, however, we are still able to book before and after those time slots. Click on ‘busy’ to see what time is booked, and then just add a one hour buffer to the beginning or end of that time-frame to determine what time we are available for your event. We use the one hour buffer to clean the space and get it ready for you.
*Example: ‘Busy’ from 1pm-4pm means we are available for access time until 12pm and access time after 5pm.
